Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PoseDrop photo booth application ("Service") operated by PoseDrop ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PoseDrop is a local-first photo booth application that allows hosts to set up their device as a photo booth kiosk. Guests can tap to start, pose for photos, and scan a QR code to download their pictures from a web page.

3. Subscription Tiers

PoseDrop offers the following tiers:

• Free: 1 booth, 30 sessions, 3 photos/session, strip layout only, 3 frames, watermark, 7-day retention
• Pro ($7.99/month): 5 booths, unlimited sessions, 6 photos/session, all layouts + frames, no watermark, 90-day retention
• Event Pass ($2.99 one-time): Unlocks Pro features for one booth for one event (90 days)

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store and Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage subscriptions through your device settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies

5. Photo Storage and Retention

• Photos are stored temporarily on the host device and uploaded to secure cloud storage
• Photos are automatically deleted after the retention period based on your tier (7 days for Free, 90 days for Pro/Event Pass)
• We are not responsible for lost photos after the retention period expires
• Hosts should download important photos before the retention period ends

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any illegal purposes
• To capture inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• To violate the privacy of others
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PoseDrop. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PoseDrop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your photos
• Deletion of photos after the retention period
• Any other matter relating to the Service

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
