Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the photo booth service:

• Photos: Photos taken during booth sessions are temporarily stored on the host device and uploaded to our secure cloud storage for guest download access.
• Device Information: We generate an anonymous device identifier for the host device to enable cloud sync and entitlements.
• Session Metadata: We store session timestamps, short codes for photo retrieval, and upload status for operational purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the photo booth service and allow guests to download their photos
• To sync photos across devices and enable cloud storage
• To manage subscription entitlements (Pro/Event Pass tiers)
• To improve our service and troubleshoot technical issues

Data Retention

Photos are retained based on your subscription tier:

• Free tier: Photos are retained for 7 days, then automatically deleted
• Pro/Event Pass: Photos are retained for 90 days

Host device metadata is retained while the app is installed. You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted cloud storage for all photos
• Secure, randomly-generated short codes for photo access
• No account passwords or personal identifiers required

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management and in-app purchases
• Cloudflare: For cloud storage, database, and CDN services

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access photos during the retention period using the short code
• Delete all local data by uninstalling the app
